Earning and redeeming Stars
Earning Stars
Every time you complete a tour with Star Tours, you automatically earn Loyalty Stars based on the length of your holiday. Stars are added to your account after your tour has been completed.

Redeeming Stars
Once your Stars are active, you can use them as a discount on your next Star Tours booking. Stars are linked to your email address and applied at the time of booking.

Important rules
Key terms
Expiry
Loyalty Stars expire after 24 months from the date they were awarded. Make sure to use them before they lapse.
Non-transferable
Stars are linked to your email address and cannot be transferred to another account or combined with Stars from a different account.
Non-refundable
Stars are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively after a booking is made.
Active after tour completion
Stars become active only after your tour has been completed and returned. They are not available for use on the same booking they were earned from.
